About the city
Isola is a small French town, located in the department of Alpes-Maritimes and the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur region. The village is located at the confluence of Tine and Guerche, at 870 meters.
The ski resort of Isola 2000 is located on the territory of the commune and is named in reference to its altitude. The resort was created in 1972 by a British company, with the materials left over from other resort constructions.
